The Broker Pre Licensing Course consists of 75 hours of instruction in basic real estate principles and practices, including property ownership, real estate law, finance, brokerage relationships, closings, transfer of title, title assurance, sales contracts and practices, valuation, management, taxation, fair housing, and mathematics. Successful completion of the Broker PreLicensing Course will qualify the student to take the real estate license examination. |

The next Broker Pre Licensing course is scheduled to begin May 13, 2013 and runs for 9 weeks. The class meets on Monday and Wednesday evenings, 6:00 to 10:00 pm. Tuition is $399 which includes text, handouts and review booklet. Student can receive the text and reserve a seat, with a $150 deposit. The remaining balance of $249 will be due by the 10th class.
