Description
Disclosure Delusions – Building guardrails to protect both consumers and brokers from expensive litigation and complaints to the North Carolina Real Estate Commission.
Disclosure Delusions is an elective course for real estate brokers focused on mastering material fact disclosure requirements to safeguard clients and professionals from legal risks and complaints to the North Carolina Real Estate Commission. In an industry where only 26% of respondents rated agents positively for honesty in a 2023 Gallup survey, this course emphasizes the importance of transparency and effective client communication. Brokers will gain practical strategies to enhance trust, meet regulatory standards, and improve client interactions. Through this course, brokers committed to excellence will strengthen their compliance and deliver a more ethical, trustworthy service to meet evolving consumer expectations.
The class will be taught by Amy Helm on Thursday, May 1st from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. This class will be taught in-person at: CBSCA, 2516 Independence Blvd Suite 102, Wilmington, NC 28412
